STORAGE METHOD FOR PHIN COFFEE
Monaco shows you how to make delicious phin coffee as follows:
• Pour pure coffee powder into the phin filter. Note that for a good cup of coffee, you should not use too much, only about 1/3 of the phin's height.
• Use the phin press to gently press down the coffee powder. This action will help the water to slowly soak in, blending into each small grain of coffee.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR BREWING PHIN COFFEE
Step 1: Rinse the coffee filter (Phin) with hot water.
Step 2: Add 20 to 25g of ground coffee to the filter (adjust to your preference for strength), and press the lid down with moderate force.
Step 3: Place the phin on the cup and pour 20ml of boiling water below the lid and 20 ml over the surface of the coffee to steep.
Step 4: After 2 – 3 minutes, when the coffee powder has evenly absorbed the water and swelled evenly, proceed to pour an additional 50 – 60ml of boiling water, cover with the lid and wait for the coffee to extract into the cup.
Step 6: The result should be about 30 – 40ml of coffee. You can add condensed milk or sugar, ice, stir well and enjoy.
