HOW TO STORE PHIN COFFEE
Monaco shares with you the following delicious phin brewing method:

• Place pure coffee powder in the phin. Note that for a delicious phin coffee, you should not fill it too much, only up to 1/3 of the phin height.
• Use the phin press to lightly press down the coffee powder. This action helps the water to slowly soak in, blending into each small coffee particle.


GUIDE TO BREWING PHIN COFFEE
Step 1: Rinse the Phin coffee tool with hot water.
Step 2: Add 20 to 25g of ground coffee into the Phin (depending on your preference for strong or light coffee), press the lid gently.
Step 3: Place the Phin over the cup and pour 20ml of boiling water under the cap and 20 ml over the surface of the coffee to steep.
Step 4: After 2 - 3 minutes, when the coffee powder has evenly absorbed the water and expanded, proceed to add another 50 - 60ml of boiling water, cover with the lid, and wait for the coffee to drip into the cup.
Step 6: You will get about 30 - 40ml of coffee. You can add condensed milk or sugar, ice, stir well, and enjoy.
